Training Manager - Leeds

Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be responsible for assessing, creating, developing and implementing a training curriculum for all employees of the company.

The company has significant growth plans; efficient onboarding, training and development are key to our success. It’s imperative we are not affected by industry skills shortages; it is therefore important we find applicants who can think outside the box and find solutions, not problems.

A background in electrical training is desirable as a large part of the role will be focused on field engineering teams and the upskilling of talent. The company has ambition to become a recognised, accredited, training provider.

Sub Contractors Manager - Leeds

Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for identifying, assessing, onboarding and proactive management of a National network of sub-contractors.

The company has significant growth plans, we are therefore looking to build a National network of approved sub-contractors to support delivery in the following areas; electrical, groundworks, roofing, scaffolding, logistics, etc.

As a company built on quality, affective sub-contractor management is imperative; we cannot compromise on our standards. You will be the point of contact for our sub-contract network and will be responsible for monitoring & maintaining all required insurances, certifications, H&S systems, standards, etc.

You will be based out of the company’s Headquarters in Leeds. Travel to meetings around the Country may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, setup and onboard a National network of electrical, civil and other relevant sub-contractors
  • Work with the Training Manager to ensure new contractors and partners have successfully attended our training academy

Warehouse Operative - Leeds

Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting with a variety duties at our central warehouse and HQ in Leeds. Daily duties will be varied and could include; picking, packing, goods-in, asset tracking, forklift operation, stock taking etc. In addition to this we’re looking for someone who’d be willing to deliver parts to our satellite operations around the UK as/when required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack products from warehouse.
  • Receive products from suppliers and field engineers

  • Identify damaged, lost or missing products and notify supervisor immediately
  • Pack orders in an efficient manner to ensure customers requirements are met
  • Occasionally driving UK wide for urgent support for teams
